Vanessa Szmagara becomes Icon’s Quality & Supply Chain Director

We are very proud to announce that Vanessa Szmagara has been promoted to Quality & Supply Chain Director. The move recognises Vanessa’s exceptional leadership in delivering consistent quality across our range of relocation and moving services. As our Quality & Supply Chain Director, Vanessa will continue to develop our ecosystem of outstanding partners who help us deliver these exceptional services around the world.

Vanessa comments: “It has been amazing to work with an incredibly talented and passionate team of people at Icon over the last 14 years. During this time, I have seen the incredible journey we have been on and the significant transformation along the way. I have loved being part of those changes in developing robust processes that have enhanced the quality and efficiencies of our services and in turn building strong and trusted relationships across our supplier network. One of the core values of Icon is innovation. I believe that innovation begins with constant self-development and the willingness to take on new and exciting challenges.
