Our expert property support team research the market daily, working to identify available rental homes that Icon can secure for our clients for a short or long-term stay. We can often, depending on the local market, offer this service at prices lower than serviced accommodation.
We offer and provide lease support, check-in, key handover, furnishing and domestic services oversight as required, with ongoing property management.
All corporate housing costs — including rent, utilities, and maintenance — can be combined with our full expense management service that delivers simpler invoicing, enhanced cost control and reporting.

Our expert property support team work daily to track property market changes and developments, in close partnership with leading letting agents, to identify homes that could benefit our clients.
