Icon wins Destination Services Provider of the Year at FEM EMEA EMMAs

31 Oct 2024 | Icon DSP, Icon news

Icon was honoured to receive the award for Destination Services Provider of the Year at the 2024 FEM EMEA EMMAs. The prestigious award recognises the provider that demonstrates best-in class destination services, acknowledging Icon as a superior provider of home search, orientation, settling in services and more – not only in the UK but in the whole EMEA region.

The judges, in particular, praised Icon’s innovative, technology-based approach to destination services, commenting:

“A forward-thinking approach to destination services, incorporating technology that streamlines relocation support, improves data accessibility, and empowers assignees to make informed decisions. Icon is market-leading in its approach to using data effectively to provide tailored support. This will change the industry.”

As Simon Johnston (CEO) and Shaun Flanagan (Digital Director) discuss in a recent article in Relocate Magazine, at Icon we embrace technology as the future of the relocation industry. We believe that technology presents unlimited opportunities for service enhancements, increasing the level of support we offer our clients and assignees. It offers great efficiencies and empowers assignees with data-driven insights and area information that would not be possible without technology.

As we discuss in our podcast, Icon’s innovative approach to relocation has a long history. Our unique methods have resulted in the development of our own case management system (MoveWise), our assignee app (Cosee) and our client portal (Nexuss) – all built in-house by our Icon Tech team. Our ecosystem was also Highly Commended in the Most Innovative Use of Technology – Assignee Management category at the EMMAs awards.
