Icon Relocation wins FEM EMEA EMMA Destination Services Provider of the Year for the sixth time

23 Oct 2026 | Icon DSP, Icon news

Icon Relocation is proud to announce that it has won the FEM EMEA Expatriate Management and Mobility Award (EMMA) for Destination Services Provider of the Year 2026. This year marks the sixth time the company has received this prestigious accolade, having previously won the award in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2021 and 2024.

This latest recognition, which coincides with our 25th anniversary, celebrates Icon’s continued commitment to innovation, data-driven decision-making and putting people at the heart of every relocation. It also recognises how we are continuing to challenge traditional ways of working by combining in-house expertise, proprietary technology and extensive property market data, transforming the way destination services are delivered.

Using data to make relocation smarter

The recognition was based primarily on Icon’s use of technology, including our case management system (MoveWise), client portal (Nexuss) and use of data. The judges said:“Icon Relocation’s use of technology to harness data to result in momentous, measurable cost savings, which actually increase client satisfaction, is a real mark of innovation. The use of data to challenge existing practices and deliver measurable cost savings stands out, while the technology ecosystem demonstrates a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.”

By delivering our UK destination services in-house, we are able to harness the full potential of the data we collect. The wealth of data on the rental market, property research and viewings helps our team identify suitable neighbourhoods and properties, while simultaneously avoiding areas with limited availability or budget requirements which are unlikely to deliver positive results.

We use data-driven insights to challenge established practices and help clients make better-informed decisions about their relocation programmes.

Technology that puts people first

Technology is not a replacement for the human side of relocation. Instead, it enables our team to use their expertise more effectively, tailor support to individual needs and offer clients flexible service options to suit different budgets. We are continuing to evolve these tools, learning from user feedback and investing in new ways to make relocation support more accessible, responsive and cost-effective.

Six wins, one continued commitment

Winning Destination Services Provider of the Year for the sixth time is a proud milestone for Icon and a testament to the expertise, dedication and innovative thinking of our team.

While we are delighted to receive this recognition, our focus remains on what matters most: helping people settle successfully into their new lives, giving clients confidence in their relocation programmes and continually finding better ways to deliver our services.

We would like to thank our clients, partners and, above all, the Icon team for being part of this journey.

This year's World Environment Day focuses on climate action and the signals our planet is sending us. At Icon, the theme resonates strongly with our own approach to sustainability. We believe that meaningful climate action begins with understanding our impact and taking practical steps to improve. As a global relocation company, we recognise that our activities contribute to carbon emissions and resource consumption, and we are committed to reducing that impact year after year.
