Area suggestions, budget requirements, current stock levels, live property listings, shortlisted properties, answers to questions, and far more — all contained entirely in one app in their pocket. Assignees no longer need to swap between platforms for finding properties, asking questions, requesting a tenancy review and more.
Low cost
App-based relocation solutions are far more efficient. While it does not replace the high-touch, personalised experience which comes with traditional home search services, Cosee offers a lower-cost relocation solution to clients. With Cosee, assignees have all the information and data at their fingertips to take control of their own relocation. With our standard home search services, our staff use their knowledge and experience to suggest areas that would be suitable for assignees based on their own unique circumstances. Cosee converts this experience, as well as around 1,000,000 data points, using machine learning algorithms to let the assignees see and explore their options, making them their own local expert.
