Since the beginning of my global mobility career in 1988, I’ve worked with a huge variety of amazing talent, at Icon, and at our client and partner organisations worldwide. Doing this, whilst working to make a positive difference for the people we help relocate, I feel immensely privileged to work in this industry.
As Icon’s CEO I maintain a strong and clear focus on our growth and development, guiding and adapting the business through challenging markets, maintaining and building our capabilities, whilst also ensuring we never lose sight of our core values and deep understanding of our clients’ needs and objectives.
I find it incredibly rewarding to keep ahead of market trends and ensure we have the latest in service solutions and products to consistently add value and deliver exceptional service. Our strong client retention rates and relationships are based on the value that we bring, as well as our relentless efforts to ensure we deliver to the highest quality, all tailored to suit each global mobility programme and assignee.
To get the very best from my teams, my aim is to bring an inclusive, respectful and collaborative leadership style and culture, so that everyone feels able to bring the best of themselves to what we have to offer. I’m a big believer in engaging in meaningful conversations and ensuring a healthy debate so that as many expert views as possible can be heard.
