I really enjoy building relationships with prospective clients to help better identify their specific needs and challenges. That way we can tailor our service to their global mobility programme and budgets.
In my role as Global Sales Director at Icon I support client account management and business growth. I take pride in being able to clearly identify clients’ needs from the outset and work to support them through the tender process, clarifying just how Icon can help.
Drawing on almost 40 years in global mobility, I have a really strong appreciation of the service needs and complexities of international relocation and use this, and my in-depth knowledge of Icon’s unique way of doing things, to develop the most relevant and value-add solutions.
With longstanding, ongoing clients I work hard to ensure strong working relationships, providing an approachable point of contact to support our operational service excellence. It’s so important to ensure we deliver what we promise, and be as responsive and resourceful as our clients need.
