When you arrive

You will be provided with a single point of contact, who will stay with you throughout every aspect of your relocation.

Supported by a wide range of relocation solutions; access to the on-line area guide via our outstanding MoveWise platform; local and useful local information such as regional pricing & supportive relocation assistance, regardless of what your relocation policy may state, you will be in good hands.

A wealth of data is available to your before you even leave home. Would like access to our ‘Live’ Rent Map to show the average rent in over 6,000 locations? Hoping for an Ideas Board of homes to understand the size & type of proprieties possible in your new location? Just ask, we are fully here to help.

Whilst you're here

Whether you are living in a home managed by us or not, we will be there supporting a wide range of issues and services.

It’s also our role to help you settle into your new area quickly and through a range of local solutions support can be provided to ensure you and your family, if appropriate, feel like a local as soon as possible. Support is there for you at every step of the way & supported through easy access to our On-Line Area Guide, located through our MoveWise platform plus a custom written welcome booklet of everything you need to know on your new home & surrounding area.

If you are living in one of our managed homes, then our ‘PropertyHub’ platform allows you to report any maintenance issues 24/7 with emergency issues addressed in real-time where we have client approval, so you are really in safe hands.

Your family

Our schooling support ensures that any age of child will be supported in locating the right school. Whether this is state, private or international, our team have the answers.

Supporting hundreds of families our education support ensures that not only will the right schooling solutions be located but they are perfectly in tune with your housing needs and travel times. These are not two separate requirements but one joint approach to ensure every family are settled in swiftly.

When you leave

Leaving to move on to a new location or returning home can raise as many questions as arriving.

Through our pre-departure and departure solutions, we can take care of everything or guide and support you through all the required steps. Guidance is always offered to ensure that your rental deposit is initially protected to the full extend of the law but most importantly, you are aware of how to minimise any dilapidation during your rental term. If you are in a managed property or a home where the contract is in the companies name, we will take care of every aspect. The same support is fully there for rental properties under the tenants name and with ARLA qualified staff, no one knows the legal requirements better than us.
