Broadband More Important than Parking

According to the Telegraph Newspaper, homebuyers now rank a fast broadband connection as more important that off street parking and key local amenities when they are considering a new property. They go on to state that buyers rely on the internet so much for work and leisure that it can add as much as 5% to the value of the property.
